- Accessibility Policy of the Economic-Administrative Courts
In compliance with the principles of accessibility and universal design, the Economic-Administrative Courts work to ensure that all citizens – with special attention to people with some kind of disability and older – who relate to them via the Internet can access electronic information and services on an equal footing regardless of their personal circumstances, means or knowledge. In other words, they can navigate without encountering difficulties in accessing the TEA web.
- Standards and regulations
The accessibility policy applied by the Economic-Administrative Courts is in line with the requirements of the "Real Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector".
The TEA web pages currently meet the requirements, Level AA, of the UNE-EN 301549:2022 Standard, considering the exceptions of RD 1112/2018.
- Display characteristics
The TEA website is optimized for a resolution of 1.024 x 768. If a monitor with a larger resolution is available, the font size may in some cases be small. However, the font sizes have been defined in such a way that it is possible to expand or decrease their size from the browser options.
This website has been tested and optimized for HTML5 compatible browsers and versions supported by their manufacturers. The use of different browsers or versions not supported by their own manufacturers could result in access to and display of the content of the TEA website, but would not guarantee full and adequate visualization or availability of documents or other functionalities. Updates or browsers can be downloaded to the websites of suppliers of these types of programs.
In addition, for the proper functioning of this website it is necessary that your browser has enabled the use of Javascript and the use of cookies.
