Electronic headquarters certificate verification system

According to Article 11.2(d) of Royal Decree 203/2021 of 30 March, which approves the Regulation on the performance and operation of the public sector by electronic means, electronic venues shall have a system for verifying headquarters certificates.

You can verify the validity of the certificate of this electronic headquarters, directly and free of charge, through the KOHe platform.

Seat certificates have the utility of identifying and ensuring secure communication with electronic headquarters, so that they do not allow malicious intrusion by third parties.

Electronic seal verification system

Art. 21 of Art. 21 of the RD 203/2021 of 30 March, which approves the Regulation on the performance and operation of the public sector by electronic means, stipulates that, in accordance with Article 42.b of Law 40/2015 of 1 October, public administrations may use secure code systems for the verification of documents in the development of automated actions and that in any case the verification of the integrity of the associated document at the electronic headquarters or associated headquarters should be permitted.

Article 11.2.f) of the same Royal Decree 203/2021 states that a service to verify the authenticity and integrity of documents issued by bodies, public bodies or public-law entities within the scope of electronic headquarters, which have been signed by any of the signatures systems in accordance with Law 40/2015, 1 October, and for which a safe code of verification has been created, shall be available on electronic sites.

Therefore, centres and bodies with a CSV verification system for their documents should have it accessible from their respective locations.

The Ministry of Finance has different electronic document verification systems through secure verification codes. Depending on the body which issued the document, it will have to access the verification system enabling it to be verified.

Through these systems, a document stored by an administrative body can be accessed, an electronic document downloaded, and the integrity and authenticity of the electronic documents issued by collating the document with the original.

The Central Electronic Headquarters has this specific section to inform and give access to all CSV verification systems of the Ministry, according to its function of being the integrative headquarters and of access to all procedures and services of the Department.
